From the 15th to 18th October, the Champenoise team welcomed its customers to our stand during the international sparkling wine technology exhibition (VITeff). Commented tastings were organised throughout the 4 days in the presence of the managers of Maisons Veuve Fourny, J.M. Labruyère and Charles Heidsieck. An interesting experience that our visitors thoroughly enjoyed!
The Mytik Millésime Evening also took place on Wednesday 16th October at the Salmanazar Theatre in Epernay. Our 200 guests had the opportunity to savour a selection of millésime champagnes - blanc de blancs, blanc de noirs and blends from prestigious wineries and vintners that we have chosen to honour this year.

The essential SIMEI exhibition took place from the 19th to 22nd October in Italy, Milan. We were there alongside our distributor Paolo Araldo, to meet the Italian professionals and showcase once again our Origine By Diam closure. The latter received the INNOVATION AWARD at the conference organised on the first day of the exhibition by the Unione Italiana Vini: https://www.diam-bouchon-liege.com/un-nouveau-prix-pour-le-bouchon-origine.
At the end of November, we returned to France for the SITEVI trade show in Montpellier which, as with every edition, provided us with the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with our clients in the Mediterranean region. For this event the Oeneo group, as always, joined with its subsidiaries (Diam Bouchage, Seguin Moreau and Vivélys) to invite all their customers for a joint reception. The chosen theme for 2019 was that of high altitudes wines… the perfect reason for our 400 guests to travel from France to Argentina via Spain, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Armenia and Chile!
The exceptional tasting of red and white wines from 450 to 1,300m altitude was a success that lived up to their expectations!
We should mention that this year’s ‘sparkling welcome’ was not a Champagne but a traditional sparkling wine from Armenia produced at an altitude of 1,800m!
